The areas of intervention of the Uttaranchal Organic Commodity Board include interventions in the areas of:

Establishment of Regulatory Mechanism

Helping the state government in creating and implementing regulatory mechanisms, all aimed towards making Uttarakhand a organic state.

Support for Production Unit

Providing support to farmers, entrepreneurs and exporters for better use of organic techniques.

Training Programmes

Running training and educational programmes in organic production as well as organic agricultural management.

Rural Tourism

Promotion and propagation of the new trend of tourism called Rural Tourism, initiated by UOCB, by leveraging and synergising the Bio-village concept of Organic Uttaranchal.
