Annual registration fees of Rs 1000 is charged from the trade partners. UOCB obtains service charge for the different services provided on the basis of the total invoices generated by the farmers group to the buyers in a financial year. The slabs for the charges are as follows:-

Development of Unique Supply Chain Model
Around 2000 bio-villages are interwoven directly into the chain which has scope for exponential expansion without increasing the members in the chain. The model is being successfully tested for the different terminal markets as well as for specific food fairs for the last three years. The major supply chain member's are producer groups, master trainers/ service providers/ supply chain officers, wholesalers and retailers.
Assistance in establishment of CFCs
COF / UOCB has assisted in the thematic development of Common Facility Center for organic produce at 30 location as per the product demand. The research work for costing and appropriate machine identification was done by COF. The OPG/SHG/ Federations shall operate these CFC's and the funds for its establishment would come from the bio-village Macro mode program, Department of Agriculture World food program (WFP) and NABARD. Common Facility Center (CFC) will be developed in the cluster level as per the product specific. The CFC will be a common place for the collection, grading, processing and packaging of the organic produce by the organic farmers group.
Development of Packaging for Spices
This year emphasis has been given on development of spices and condiments for the market for which UOCB has developed packaging for the spices . The packaging material was designed and printed for the various organic products clearly indicating the size and price of the contained commodity along with the complete nutritional information. These packaging material is used for packing the produce of the farmers and selling them directly to the consumers through fairs and exhibitions . The packaging has been developed for Spices like Chilly powder, Ginger powder, Turmuric powder and Jambhoo faran and also for cereals like rice and wheat flour.
